OHT Customer Contact Information
As a customer of Our-Hometown, you’re invited to take a few moments to fill out the brief form below to ensure that we have the most current contact information available for your publication should we need to reach out to your staff for any reason.
You will be asked to enter the following:
- A Primary Website Contact that we can reach regarding day-to-day issues with the website.
- A Primary Billing Contact that we can reach regarding any billing-related issues.
- A Primary Production Contact that is responsible for uploading pages/files that we can contact in case of any damaged or missing files.
Optionally, you can also enter a After Hours Contact that our team can reach should we encounter any production-related issues after normal business hours.
