The October 1st deadline is quickly approaching!

While you are likely familiar with filling out this form with your Print Subscriber numbers, publications that offer separate online subscriptions must also report their online subscriber totals.

Fortunately, it is easy to find this information within MemberPress.

Simply login to your website’s dashboard using your staff credentials and navigate to MemberPress -> Member Export from the menu.

Here, you will be able to select which memberships you want to export Members from.

You’ll want to choose all of the “Digital Only” or “Online Only” memberships used on your website. However, you should not include any “Print + Online” or combo memberships, since those print subscribers have already been included in the print subscriber statistics in your report.

(Tip: Hold the “CTRL” key on your keyboard to select multiple memberships from the list at once time.)

Once you’ve selected all of your online only memberships, click the Download CSV button at the bottom of the page to export a .CSV file containing all of your active digital subscribers. You can then open this .CSV file Excel, Google Sheets, or whatever spreadsheet editor you prefer and see how many rows of subscribers there are, which represents your total number of paid electronic subscribers.

(Make sure to subtract “1” from the total to account for the Header row at the top of the document.)
