Our-Hometown has a lot of great things planned for the year ahead, and we can’t wait to share more information about what we have in store. For now, though, we want to do a little self-reflecting on the past year and make sure we’re focusing on the right things in 2021. We’d love your help in getting some feedback!

As a current OHT customer, you’re invited to take our 2020 Customer Satisfaction Survey found at the bottom of the page! The survey is short and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. You’ll be asked to rate our performance in a number of general areas before offering some more detailed feedback at the end of each page.

Your feedback is vital to helping us improve our service and products, and while we certainly love hearing from customers that are happy with our service, it is just important that we hear from those who have any complaints. If you have a gripe with a particular part of our service, this survey is a great place to mention it!
