Memberpress > Adding Custom Fields for Accounts or Signup

Sometimes you’ll want to have a user to fill in some additional information when they renew or subscribe to your site. Go to Memberpress > Options > Fields to add additional fields for users to fill in.


Under “Custom User Information Fields”, click the + button.

Fill in the name & type of field to user – select from text, email, URL, date, textarea, checkbox, drop-down, multiselect, radio buttons or checkboxes.

You can use these fields to offer free gift choices, agree to being added to a newsletter, or any other number of things.

One of the top things we use it for is adding “telephone” as a required field.
